Shepherd Aotearoa pattern in black, white and pink

Mana tangata. Mana motuhake.

Protect the person. Grow their capability. Never take away their agency. Every wheel secure. Every person home. Energy left for life. AKO 30 builds practical skills, sound judgement and confidence — capable on your own, connected by choice. We teach correct wheel fitment, safe systems of work, fatigue awareness and the confidence to stop when something is not right. Our long-term aim is a practical standard that schools, businesses and local councils can recognise and support. Tōku reo, tōku ohooho — my language is my awakening. Secure guardian access is in development; Gateway and other school pathways are being explored, subject to approval. Koha and future Shepherd merch help fund places, tools and learning.
